Thanks guys, the job is complete now but I had to adjust the tensioner to its fullest extent. That leads me to think that the earlier arrangement, with two tensioners, is superior. I wonder if you can revert to the earlier system. And for thoes interested, the 19mm crank pulley bolt is right hand thread.
