When I was searching the tool 9997201 got the pin, this should be Special Tool: 999 7152 on your ducu.
Do I need this tool 9997201 for holding Flywheel while I reset crankshaft at TDC in order to install timing belt?
Now the TB is off, (imaging this situation is similar to "Time belt broken", Damage to the valves and pistons can occur), how can I avoid the damage while make the 2 Camshafts in collect position?

Please have a look at the photos attached.
Where can I get this tool 9997201 for holding Flywheel while I fix crankshaft
bolt?
Another question is about the crankshaft and its pulley& sprocket are unkeyed.
The photos I attached shows both pulley and sprocket are smooth, not keyed.
It's said they cannot firmly be assemblyed.

The video on the link above shows the positions between crankshaft/camshaft and sprocket change as time goes, and the timing will gone as well.
The following link shows
WARNING: Crankshaft sprocket NOT keyed to crankshaft.
But do not mention the friction washer.

My questions are
In this situation, how can I make sure the timing will not be lost without the friction washer applied ?
If the washers are needed where can I get the washer?
If the washers are NOT needed (or cannot purchase it) how can I put the pulley and sprocket back to crankshaft and not lost timing?
