I think you are on your own on this one lol.

I dont see any washers listed on the parts page? I assumed it was a taper or friction fit. (Make sure it very clean if so)

The sprocket wont move on the crank taper when the bolt is tightened if the belt is fitted and tensioned? The position of the sprocket on the taper is irrelevant if the crank is locked with the pin and cams locked with bar, just as long as the sprocket is in a position where the belt fits nicely?

Assuming the flywheel tool is for counter holding only. You can get by without it by putting gearbox in high gear and jamming the brakes on with a piece of wood between pedal and seat.

These are assumptions from looking at the documents only. Make sure it all makes sense in your head before proceeding. And turn it over by manually by hand before trying to start it so you know nothing going to hit.
