Default Update:~ Front Pipe Hanging Bracket.

An update regarding the new exhaust front bracket: ~
The picture attached is the made up item- sod’s law meant that the single bolt that goes through the base of the above and into a captive nut just wouldn’t go- thread looks to be chewed up -probably why the original has been left off.
You can’t get a tap into the nut as space is very limited from the top and impossible from the underside as the two exhaust pipes are too close.
The solution has been to take a ¼” length of studding & extend the threads at one end (my stock of ¼ bolts had been too short) the stud/bolt will now pass through the bracket/captive nut & twin pipes into a flat bar suitable drilled that gives the support to the front pipe.
