Sorry to Hijack this post. I've read through the thread and everyone seems to be giving different information on this matter.
I have a Volvo S40 2.0d 2008 (R-design) and have the 300mm front brake discs and 280mm rears, standard with 17" alloys. I'm looking at getting the ST225 Brake discs however they are 320mm(F) & 280mm(R), I've already checked my brake pads all round and they still have plenty of life left in them so don't need changing as of yet.
So my question is "what exactly is needed for the ST225 brake conversion", carriers/calipers? Do bigger rotors mean bigger calipers too?
