Car has two belts, the serpentine aux belt and a small streach belt that drives the air con compressor. That stretch belt is a one fit only, once removed it's binned and another fitted, and it has to be removed to fit the serpentine aux belt, so yes you need both.
As for alternative suppliers afraid I don't know, I went to Volvo.
