Your aux belt is overdue with your current mileage (Recommended replacement is every five years or 54,000 miles), so I would get the vehicle serviced & ask them to change the aux belt whilst they're at it (Just the belt though, as the tensioner isn't due yet). Whilst doing that, they might as well replace the a/c belt too. The V70 has an aux belt & a separate a/c belt, so I presume your car is the same.

When your car reaches 108,000 miles or 10 years old (Whichever comes first), then get the timing belt, aux belt, a/c belt & aux belt tensioner replaced. However, I'd look for an independent Volvo specialist to do the job if you don't fancy it yourself because they'd do it at a fraction of the cost to what the dealership are looking for. £900 is absolutely crazy for this!
