Default VOC app frozen in ‘car in use’

Ive had this before, and reinstalling the app helps - not this time.

The car does not seem to be able to reach the server, any tips?

Will have a look through settings then give it a battery reset.

I had VOC service required flash up once or twice last week, but at that stage everything still worked, remote starting etc.
