Is the 900 series the same?
My 1992, 940, 2.0L petrol has a cable and connecting rod. I don’t know if they are same as V70 though and auto may be different. To the best of my knowledge they are still available. I obtained replacement plastic ends for the connecting rod last year. ( upper 945703, lower 946704 ) The lower has a left hand thread.
