Does it mention plan A and plan B
I'm fairly sure the 2 are not the same even though both are by car care plan, yours I think is a dealer plan from Mill. Doesn't mean it's worse or better, just not the same, although the cover might be. You'd need to compare them and there is a summary booklet on that website.

Under the Volvo plan there are 2 levels of cover but only for 12 months from 3 to 4yrs old the lower priced one keeps the warranty max mileage at 60K the higher priced extends it to 80K.

They will offer further cover at the end of 12 months but at 4yrs old, perhaps 40k miles that fact that "fair" wear & tear is excluded becomes more of an issue in my opinion as pretty much everything mechanical starts to wear out at some stage. My dealers service manager (no names) told me they sell their own extended warranty which are cheaper but then quietly said they experience less "problems" with claims under the volvo one than the ones they sell or 3rd party ones. Reading between the lines I'm guessing the dealers are not getting much of, if any, kick back from the volvo one so are pushing their own instead, though that's just an assumption on my part.

Bottom line is they all have exclusions, you've just got to hope that if something serious breaks it ain't in one of them.
