Now i've seen that i seem to recall seeing them on "Can't pay, we'll take it away" where others have sued them for cars that weren't as they should have been!
Sue them, get a CCJ against them, wait a week and pay the £700-800 to escalate it to the High Court, a writ is issued and bailiffs then execute it and recover your dosh plus all expenses.
