Where you park the car will make a difference to the price, perhaps they are guarding against 'It will be parked it in my garage' when it actually ends up at the side of a busy road because the garage is full of other stuff and projects?
6000 is a fairly low mileage for an average everyday car nowadays but I've had it on an 'ordinary' policy before now, we have two cars and both work local so we can have low mileage on one of them.
