The PCD is the same on (at least) the vast majority of the Ford era cars. More importantly so is the hub diameter that holds the wheel centred. Wheelnuts, as far as I know are too.

Best bet is to cross-reference part numbers on what wheels are offered on which cars and MY on the official accessories site. Eg 2014 v60 is here:

The only wheels on this page I would be wary about are the 16" as it depends what brakes you have.
In general, wheels from v60, v70,xc70,xc60 between around 2008 and around 2016 will all fit each other and, I am 75% sure, all use the same size Tempa spare tyre (the v70,xc70 and xc60 definitely do). Day to day tyre sizes, though, are different on each model and wheel size.
Ford, Jag and LR Evoque also use the same PCD and hub dia. but offsets are slightly different.
