I’ve been surprised to read the negative views of CarPlay on this forum. I had it on my VW Golf GTE and it was incredible. I couldn’t live without it on that car and I’m so thankful whenever I get a rental car that has CarPlay.
I’ve yet to take delivery of my XC60 but I am worried about how odd it’s going to look in landscape mode on a portrait screen. Is there any hope that Apple / Volvo are working on letting CarPlay make better use of the screen? I wonder if that’s why there isn’t a positive view of it on this forum.
