I am doing exactly the same thing, I have my M41 OD box in the 133 and have begun to strip the engine down. If you need to oversize your block the main expense will be the new pistons and machining the crank if needed. So what you will need is new main bearings, rod bearings, piston rings, (pistons if oversizing), oil pump, full gasket set, neoprene rear and front housings, cam shaft, followers. the parts alone will come to £900 without machining costs, then if you need new timing gears, head work including valves and skim along with new springs and lifters etc you can double that price assuming you will be disassembling and rebuilding the engine yourself.

I have been looking around for suppliers and Brookhouse seem to be aligned with other vovo specialists. You can get a basic engine rebuild kit from the US for $650 but the addition of import taxes and postage destroy any savings to be had.
