It is a 1988 and has all the extras such as voltmeter, outside air temperature, oil pressure, oil temperature, rear facing child seats, adjustable rear height suspension etc. The exact mileage is unknown as it has had a speedo change and the current one has stopped recording miles. The car has been a daily driver but the main problem is that the bearing and oil seal in the rear of the automatic gear box has failed. I was hoping it was the centre bearing on the propshaft but on inspection it proved to be the gearbox bearing. The other main problem is that the heater motor has just packed up. The car has a current MOT until June 2020.

I will put some pictures on as soon as I can figure out how to do it.

As it stands if I had a spare gearbox I would be tempted just to swap the rear end complete which can be done without taking the gearbox out of the car.

Anyone interested?
It is quite simple to change the sleeve bearing , volvo should still sell them i have changed quite a few .
