Thanks. I’ve had it fitted already at the dealership before delivery to keep the cost below the magical £40k. However, my driver heated seat has never worked. I suspect something has been disturbed during car play installation. I have the extra usb. Looking online at the Volvo accessories page, it’s quite involved. A terminal box underneath the driver seat has to have connections added to it. I asked the dealership service guy about it and he was very insistent that it was software only. So I can only assume that the additional port was fitted by the usb fairy.....
