Hi - Simon posts on this forum and provides good discount to site members. He is at Volvo Swansea I believe.

He supplied me the 7 pin wiring ( comes with 7 pin socket pre attached ) and new gromit to replace existing gromit in boo floor, along with towbar control module. With delivery ( next day signed for) total was £52. (13 pin was more) .

Installing was so very easy. I know a lot of people say things with cars are easy and with a new car this can be quite daunting, but there are no panels to remove that need any tools. You need a 13mm socket set to get battery cover off and and 10mm to attach ground connection. The rest is done with your fingers alone and could be done in about 5 mins.

I have bought the Westfalia towbar - because it's not visible from the rear of the car when detached. You could have this fitted by a towbar specialist, but I will fit mine with a friend (need two pairs of hands to lift into position and bolt on. )

I got my Westfalia towbar from PF Jones - £174 delivered. No SW download needed as I don't want fog lights disabling as I will just use towbar for a bike rack.
