After much searching about I bought a pair of Valeo Aquablades, heated with holes all the way along part number VA313 for my 2019 V60 with winter pack. £60 from Amazon, While that is half what I first found them for I see now that the insert is easily removable but cannot find them listed for sale anywhere.
Please could you let me know where you found the insert ?
