Just seen Mike Brace's helpful post on bonnet releases. Mine's not broken yet but the cable is immensely stiff, to the extent I almost have to put my foot on the dash to exert enough pull. (Not quite though!)
Anyway, is there anything I can do at this stage to stop it breaking in the first place?
(I would have responded to Mike's thread but I think being a 'newb' prevents this. Or I'm too thick...)
