...and if anyone can tell me if a T5 Autobox will slot straight in, pray do enlighten me; even Volvo Customer Care don't seem sure !!

Otherwise, still a corker. Just spent a diamond mine on getting the crank end seal, the evapourator and the heater matrix replaced.

Only negative is the front brakes, which, it would seem, goes without mention within the circles. They are disgracefuly crap, considering the rest of the design capability. EBC 'greenstuff' pads are the only thing that keeps them semi-bearable; gone down the usual time-wasting route of various disc types, but it always comes back to over-cooking and high wear. I know about AP, but don't have that kinda cash.

The missus only reluctantly lets me play with it, though she's apparently got quite a reputation on the 16 mile 'school run' route . . . naughty girl.
