Have you seen the thread about this on the forum "Problem with car modem"

I too have been unable to update any apps on my T8 XC90 since the latest software update in January this year
I have also had great difficulty updating the map last week took me 5 days to get it to install as most times i got map update busy or maps not available visit dealer
I have the sim logo on sensus and also full bars most time but nothing updates and wiki & Tune in both say updating but the main screen says no connection
Car is booked in tomorrow at dealers so will let you know more but i read in the thread mentioned that there is a software patch to change the Sim only part back to before the update We will see
