I guess you are in Canada, which has s significant ditch between us making parts movement somewhat difficult! Don't know the availability of parts for the older Volvo in your country but there are listers on here from the States who you might be able to contact, and might be able to help.
Doubt you'd get a new part, but there are people with used parts on here (me included), so lets hope somebody from your side of the pond responds.
