I'd be inclined to agree with cassell on this one. Try running the rear wash wipe for a few seconds and then check the tail gate to see if water comes out. The washer jet is just to the right of the high level brake light built in to the rear spoiler, so try removing the trim and trace the pipe work back to see if it as come away from any connections. If all else fails, its a visit to the dealers.
