"15" (centre of the pic you posted) is just a special identity number to distinguish the car as to whether its a police vehicle, taxi etc.
The front spring code is the first two digits of the serial number (on the left of the picture you posted).
The front shock absorber code is the 3rd & 4th digits.
So in your case, your spring code is "marked" 65.
Your shock absorber is "marked" 33.
