'fraid I don't know who did the banding, though I bought them second hand from South Service in Wellington, Somerset a while ago. Think they were wearing some worn out 185 section tyres at the time.
They were on a 'buy it now' for £95, but someone put in a bid and it then reverts to a normal auction.
