Reading between the lines, I suspect if you park it with some tension in the steering, somehow the power steering doesn't have enough oomph when you go to start it. I've measured the voltage across the battery, it's 11.4V but then again perhaps it's more a question of current.

Next step: new battery.
what is the voltage when the engine is running? Should be over 14 v , more likely to be the alternator than battery ...

However ! the fault is the steering lock motor , best change it now , otherwise you will get stranded somewhere and have to be towed to a volvo garage ...
