Well after they say there's a fly on the windscreen and there's a y in the day it would be 39500 and then as a favour they'd halve the cost of a made up repair and get back to somewhere where they started, minus 150 quid and another 30 if you want paying the same day.
If it saves someone having to buy it back from a dealer for another x grand then that's a good thing, right?
