If you are in there changing the tensioner/pulley surely it would make sense to change the belt also for what little extra the belt would cost?I wouldn't be so sure that the cam[s] would move especially when re-tensioning without they're locked in position of course in which case it would make even more sense to change the belt too.That's my take on it anyway.
