Trust me I looked everywhere to try and concealed these units but it's not possible on my car, the plastic casing won't do any long-term damage to the door trim other than leave some of the sticky pad behind - which you can remove with IPA.

You can't see the unit within the car as they hide at the side of the seat.

I'm prepared to accept this in exchange for "looking like a chief" when I open the door in the dark, especially in the snow at night time...how cool would that be
