I'm afraid I have no idea if they have the data for my car but I know they should! I've never heard of anyone struggling to get a new key before.
What I can say though is that when I last dealt with Volvo Cars UK to ask about my 97 850R they were far from helpful saying that they held very limited information on this model year.
