Hi,
Can someone explain this mixture screw setup to me? Solid tube with a handled device sitting on top. Nothing in my books or what I Google loooks like this.
There doesn't appear to be access to push anything through the tube, and the "stick" doesn't appear to have anything useful at the end.
Any ideas?
