In trying to replace a beloved oddball steering wheel on my ( recently destroyed by a tree that I last posted about!) last ''67 2-door, I found an ancient archived thread from our own Derek.UK about using a late 60s to mid 70s Jeep CJ5 hub adapter?! Has anyone done this? If this is a thing, I guess I missed it but it would open up a lot of options.
Looking for a three spoke polished or matte perforated ( round holes) aluminum spoke wheel with a perforated leather rim, about 15" diameter. Motolita does make a beauty in their MK4 but I'm looking for options.

Any help would be much appreciated. The stock wheel is very worn and I did love my old wheel, but it was unremoveable (believe me, I tried,)
