My point is you could drive for several hours on the motorway to get from 0g to 22g then do a lot of city driving and interrupt a lot of regens. If you don't have a motorway drive every few days, perhaps less than weekly you risk doing this. It's good to be aware of when it's started so you can accommodate it.
