Yes - they are a straight swap and are not coded to the car - the fobs are coded to the Central Locking Control unit alone.
NB I have a spare, but it only has one fob! So probably of no use to you as you are after a unit with 2 fobs - your best bet for price and reliability is to ring Minty on 07841056796.
