Default Thought I finished the welding on the front end...

...but later on in the day when I was stripping the old paint I found a few more pin holes.

Still the other corner holes have now been welded up.

Made a bit of a random shape to help preserve the curve

Yet again a bit of Zincor has been rolled to shape - here I am fitting the larger piece behind the new designer hole so I can trace out the shape from the front and cut to get a nice butt joint

(No overlapping crap - no glass fibre filler for me!)

Sorry about this picture - camera wandered off and did its own auto focus thing for some reason
