I get typically 650 to 700 miles over mixed driving in my V70 D5 manual euro3, but I fill up at about quarter tank as I dont like letting it get too low. Trip computer normally shows 51 to 52mpg over a tank but calculated every time to a reasonably consistent 45mpg, which for mixed driving I'm delighted with.
I've had 62mpg showing over long motorway trips cruise set to an indicated 70 but I've never done a full tank of motorway miles to see what can be done.
