The seat cover is attached and secured to the seat frame by elastic straps and metal hooks. This holds the tension in the cover and keeps everything tight.
It appears that the elastic straps have perished- the heat in Istanbul will not be good for the elastic - and or the metal hooks have come undone.
The seat cushion needs removing from the seat frame and then the seat back upholstery can be opened from the bottom and peeled up to gain access to the straps and hooks. Not an easy job, but can be done. The alternative is to buy some good second hand seats and swap them over. Hope this helps.
