Sadly I've said goodbye to my S40, and don't foresee having another in the near future, so the parts below are up for grabs.
Everything can be collected from central Lincoln, or I can post/courier at cost.
I'll be away until Monday 03/06 so can't post before this, but should be able to answer any questions. I won't be posting photo's of every item (because I'm a lazy sod) but can provide them on request.
I'll be adding further items over the coming days.

HU-1205 Head Unit
Works fine, comes with GPS antenna, code supplied. I will throw in 2 (copied, non-original) map discs, but these are pretty scratched from rolling about in the glovebox so no guarantees they work. The sat nav is way out of date anyway, so don't buy it thinking that it will be of any practical use to navigate with! £50 + postage

Clone DiCE unit
Good quality, diesel compatible unit - no software included, you will have to source this yourself. £50 + postage

Yatour Hi-Fi decoder with Bluetooth
Plugs into the back of your Volvo Head Unit and allows you to play music from USB, SD Card or Bluetooth - also works (surprisingly well) as a hands free kit - plugs into the CD changer socket on your HU and requires one wire connecting to a live 12V source - comes boxed with instructions.
I only ever used this via bluetooth, so tucked all the gubbins away behind the stereo for an invisible (apart from the microphone) install. £40 + postage

Genuine locking roof bars for S40
Definitely fit Ph2, not sure about Ph1? Used condition, complete with bolts, 2 x keys - one rubber pad came off and is attached with cable ties - works fine, has covered thousands of miles like this with no issues. £20 + postage

Metal dipstick and spare seal for Ph2 diesel
Good used condition, never worry again about when your 15+ year old plastic dipstick will break and dissapear into your sump! Comes with new, unused seal (though the seal that's fitted is fine)£10 + postage

Genuine air filters (x2) and fuel filter for Ph2 diesel
2 x air filters (part number 30644368)
1 x fuel filter (part number 30652292) £20 + postage
