You can purchase them from motor factors/general car spares. You dont have to buy from volvo dealer. From a factors i think the last one cost me about £30 but this was about 4 years ago.

No have not but think this is the right part. However will check with a motor factor and with a diesel specialist that supplied my stop solenoid.

Wary of ebay as got one from there that failed after 3 day.


Thanks for help. the web site gave a price of about £10 for it.

Spoke to the specialst and he has one in stock £25 and has been put aside for me to collect Monday. Will collect and fit a new filter as well to be on the safe side.
