If you are really really interested in rallying a 300 series I would suggest that you contact Svenska Bildellar in the Netherlands.
The owner has several 300's that he uses for racing and rallying (as well as an S40 and a 240) and I am sure that he will be able to help you.

But as a word of caution; he works about 14-16 hrs a day he is a really busy man and may not always be able to help you straight away.
