This one looks well rusted and is very much a project. It needs a lot of work before it could even be used locally with any confidence, never mind on a trans-European tour.
It may be worth the asking price to somebody who really wants an Express, but I don't believe it would be an ideal choice for 'venomtail'. I think he would be better advised in sticking to his original brief.
