Hi mate to be honest it was almost like the gas crystallised within the unit and seemed to restrict the flow of the gas going to the cylinder but if am honest we did try cleaning out a couple but it just never worked! The only solution we had was to replace them but that's easy when you don't pay the bills!! I would try and contact a gas specialist as am sure they can advise on what's best with regards cleaning or replacement?
