THAT is a disappointment. Whilst ECP are generally OK, I always found Andrew Page to be a more down to earth and professional parts supplier, possibly because they were more trade orientated.
General Traffic is another one my local and very trusted garage uses. He tells me he stopped sourcing anything through ECP as they wouldn't offer any further consequential damage cover if parts failed but Andrew Page & GT did....
