You'll see its a contentious issue this. I know you asked about dealership costs, but I'll tell you what I did non-dealer so you can compare any quotes you get.

I have a 2005 V50 2.0D. DPF never changed, should be at 75K as you say. My car was at 108K and regen failing, limp mode etc. Did manual regen with Vida, but same error messages came back a week later (soot full).

I bought a replacement DPF from cats2u.co.uk, cost me £115. Had an indy mechanic fit it and the car has been superb ever since (about 6 months now), no errors, pulls cleanly

Some people said it should be OEM only, but I opted for the above and it worked for me so far.
