Another long shot but, just had to remove my entire dash to replace the heater matrix, whilst there I am retro fitting climate control. I brought all the bits off Gatos years ago but never got around to fitting.
Do you have that convoluted bendy plastic tube that goes from the air distribution box to the back of the heater controls box please?
It is the only bit missing, everything else is ready to be installed tomorrow.
