Just before going down the return and re-bond route it might be worth trying to pinpoint the source of the leak more accurately.

I guess you will have already looked at the drain holes under the wiper spindles, if these are blocked then the water will arrive on the floor of the car (don't ask how I know!) These often accumulate leaves , dirt and another detritus which can be awkward to shift.

The other sources can be around the door seals, and on other cars I have worked on there are drains built into the door pillars with a rubber cap which should be self draining but can still block.
