Hi could I ask for any help.

I have the battery scale on my VOC app but it has never shown any charge, just stays on zero (the petrol quantity scale is correct) , if I click on the battery scale, to try to set up scheduled and set a home charging location it goes grey for sec then nothing.

I have spoken to Volvo on call who told me to reload app but still the same.

Is there a way to set home charging location in the car and this might jolt the app into life.
