Yes, the instructions in that link ( not mine ) are accurate so follow them for releasing the tension and then for re tensioning after brake is assembled but be
VERY careful not to drop the clip that is mentioned .
The adjusters within the brake assembly that I mentioned are cheap and make a massive difference. Consider them later if you wish.
