We had the same tune on my old mans Volvo S60 D5 185 on a 2007 plate I think. Likewise wasnt RR'd but was on the car 2 years and 50k and not a hint of trouble when we sold her on. Power delivery was still refined and made it a pleasure to drive under normal conditions but tons of guts to playwith.
Having since driven cars with stock close to 250bhp on a derv I suspect the figures were fairly optimistic but I'd wager it was still pushing in the 220-230 range. Either way, it made the delivery under normal driving very enjoyable.
